The Younger Lawyers Division (YLD)represents the newest additions to the federal bar, composed of members who are 40 years old or younger or have been admitted to practice for less than 10 years. It is governed by a Board of Directors composed of 22 directors and officers from throughout the federal circuits. The YLD is the FBA’s largest section or division, with over 4,000 members, serving approximately one-fourth of the FBA’s total membership.
