Standard Professional Membership
Open to any person admitted to the practice of law before a federal court or a court of record in any of the several states, commonwealths, territories, or possessions of the United States or in the District of Columbia. See membership categories and dues rates HERE.
Sustaining Professional Membership
Members of the association distinguish themselves when becoming Sustaining members of the FBA. A portion of sustaining dues are used to support educational programs and publications of the FBA. Law Student Membership
FBA Law Student Associate membership is now FREE! Any law student actively enrolled in an accredited law school and not admitted to the practice of law before a federal court or a court of record in any of the several states, commonwealths, territories, or possessions of the United States or in the District of Columbia is eligible to become a law student associate of the association.
