2Twenty2 Tavern Hosted the 2024 Annual Holidy Party
Located in the heart of Chicago’s Loop, 2Twenty2 Tavern provided the perfect setting for this year’s holiday celebration. Known as a refreshing downtown hot spot, the tavern offers something for everyone—shuffleboard, video gaming, and live sports on multiple TVs.
Federal Bar Association members and guests enjoyed the venue’s impressive selection of over 30 draft beers, a variety of bottled options, and signature hand-crafted cocktails featuring 6-year aged whiskey and tequila straight from the tap. Whether for happy hour, private events, or a festive gathering like this one, 2Twenty2 Tavern is a go-to destination in Chicago’s vibrant nightlife scene.
Supporting The Ark of St. Sabina's Annual Toy Drive
In the spirit of the holiday season, attendees participated in a Toy Drive benefiting The Ark of St. Sabina, a renowned safe haven serving at-risk youth in the Englewood and Auburn Gresham communities. Since its founding, The Ark has supported over 2,000 children and families each year through its holistic programs, including after-school services, summer camps, and community outreach.
Reverend Michael L. Pfleger established The Ark to provide a secure environment for youth aged 6–28, offering education, mentoring, and resources at no cost. Programs operate Monday through Saturday, focusing on helping children reach their full potential. Attendees contributed toys from The Ark’s wish list, which were collected by the Federal Bar Association Chicago Chapter's Immediate Past President Timothy Hudson.
A Celebration of Community
This year’s FBA Chicago Chapter Holiday Party was more than just a festive gathering—it was a testament to the organization’s commitment to fostering professional connections and giving back to the community. The evening highlighted the Chapter’s dedication to supporting important causes while providing an opportunity for attendees to unwind and celebrate the season in style.
The FBA Chicago Chapter extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined the event and supported The Ark of St. Sabina’s impactful work. With the warmth of the holiday spirit and the camaraderie of the legal community, the 2024 Annual Holiday Party was a memorable way to close the year.
