Don’t be a stranger in a strange land. Get comfortable with bankruptcy through this 90-minute program for non-bankruptcy lawyers. Two veteran Chicago bankruptcy judges will explain the purposes and workings of the bankruptcy system. Fundamental bankruptcy concepts, procedures, and terminology, including the differences between chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, will be covered.

1 hour of CLE and lunch will be provided.
