The program will offer the perspectives of bankruptcy judges, a trustee, and an attorney as to the variety of cases bankruptcy courts hear in the aftermath of Stern v. Marshall. The program will also discuss the challenges for lawyers who occasionally litigate in bankruptcy court in representing creditors, dealing with trustees or handling adversary cases.
