How can you make sure your client gets the coverage to which they may be entitled?

Learn what every litigator or in-house counsel needs to know about guiding their clients through the insurance process, and to ensure that the maximum coverage available is obtained when their clients are sued or threatened, or otherwise incur a loss. This seminar will explain what insureds need to do upon learning of a loss or threatened claim, including where to look for insurance coverage, and what to do once you think you’ve found it.
The presentation will include tips on how to navigate challenging situations when the policyholder and insurer disagree over the insurer’s defense or indemnification obligations.  The presenters include a policyholder-side lawyer, as well as an insurance company lawyer, so attendees will benefit from the perspective of both sides.
Lunch and 1 hour of CLE will be provided.
