Cheryl Stanton, Administrator for U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, will provide an update on wage and hour issues, including her priorities as Administrator, upcoming rules, Payroll Audit Independent Determination (PAID) program, modernized compliance assistance, and future plans. The Administrator will be taking questions.
