This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Ninth Circuit’s decision in Westminster School District of Orange County v. Mendez, 161 F.2d 774 (9th Circuit 1947).

Please join us for a panel discussion about this landmark school desegregation case that predated Brown v. Board of Education and that, by most accounts, helped pave the way for that later decision.
