– $40 for public-sector members of the Appellate Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Seventh Circuit Bar Association
– $50 for private-sector members of the aforementioned associations
– $55 for public-sector nonmembers
– $65 for private-sector nonmembers.
