The event will feature clips from the comedy “My Cousin Vinny” starring Joe Pesci, Ralph Macchio, and Marisa Tomei. Chief Judge Ruben Castillo and Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Cole will speak about the film and its insights into the legal profession.

The annual Frank J. McGarr Award, given for distinguished federal service, will also be presented at the event. The Award is given in the name of the late Chicago Chapter Past President Frank J. McGarr (1921-2012), a U.S. district court judge and former first assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Illinois.
