On March 2, 2023, over 50 younger lawyers and law students met for the Seventh Circuit Rising Professionals Symposium at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Younger lawyers gave presentations regarding legal writing, trial practice, and business development. The keynote address featured the Honorable Michael Y. Scudder, Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. The event continued with break-out sessions where government and private practice attorneys described their careers to attendees, and concluded with a networking reception.
